The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer who can create intuitive, scalable, and developer-ready designs while guiding clients and teams with strong UX expertise. You’ll be responsible for building responsive and consistent design systems in Figma, preparing files that integrate seamlessly with design-to-code. You will collaborate closely with developers and communicate directly with clients to ensure smooth delivery and alignment on product goals.
What You Will Do
- Design user-friendly and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Prepare structured and developer-ready Figma files with proper auto-layouts, components, variants, tokens, and naming conventions.
- Guide clients and internal teams on UX best practices, ensuring user journeys and flows are clear and effective.
- Collaborate with developers to refine design outputs using AI tools and Figma Tokens.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems for consistency across projects.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Communicate regularly with team members to align on requirements and solutions.
What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
- Strong expertise in Figma including auto-layout, components, variants, and tokens.
- Proven experience preparing developer-ready files with excellent design hygiene.
- Knowledge of design-to-code plugins and workflows (Figma Tokens).
- Solid understanding of responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility, along with suggesting alternative solutions.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
