We're at a pivotal growth stage with strong client demand, and we're now hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive and scale our marketing engine.

Role Purpose

We're looking for a Specialist who can both set the direction and roll up their sleeves to execute it. You'll take ownership of Lemon Hive's marketing strategy, brand positioning, and lead generation, working closely with our Marketing Executive, Delivery, and the CEO. As the senior-most marketing voice at Lemon Hive, you'll drive things end to end: content, campaigns, and reporting, in addition to shaping strategy and positioning

What You Will Do

1) Drive Brand Positioning & Strategy

• Define and refine Lemon Hive's market positioning across international markets.
• Set the marketing strategy and roadmap, translating it into clear, executable plans based on business goals.

2) Lead & Execute Campaigns Hands-On

• Drive campaign execution alongside the Marketing Executive
• Build and optimise inbound lead generation systems, and test based on performance data
• Support outbound-adjacent lead generation where relevant

3) Guide & Elevate the Marketing Function

• Direct and mentor the Marketing Executive, setting priorities and reviewing output for quality and consistency
• Oversee production of marketing collateral, including reviewing team member’s work
• Collaborate with Delivery & CEO on proposal templates, service packaging, and sales-enablement collateral

4) Own Marketing Systems & Reporting

• Set up and maintain marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and reporting cadence for leadership visibility
• Establish and refine repeatable marketing processes, measuring performance rather than just activity
